1. AKC Papers (papers are held until proof is given of neuter/spay procedure from attending vet and clinic. AKC papers with limited registration only)

2. Purchase contract.

3. 2 year health guarantee against genetic defects from D.O.B.

4. Spay-neuter contract.

5. Health records including dates of shots and deworming.

6. Advice for the life of the puppy.

PRICES

Call for pricing.
From $900 and up depending on pet or show quality.
Rare colors might be higher (deep red, liver, blues), as well as if the dog is pet show quality.
Prices are subject to change.
A nonrefundable down payment of $250.00 is required to hold a puppy.
A waiting list is available for potential customers.
Occasionally older puppies and adults are available to reduced prices.
DEPOSIT INFORMATION
Due to the demand of my Shih Tzu puppies a non-refundable deposity of $250.00 is required to hold a puppy. This is due at the date of birth of the litter or to reserve a puppy from a future planned breeding.
When puppies are 5 to 6 weeks old you may visit and pick the puppy of your chosen sex, or you may pick it through pictures...
If extenuating circumstances arrive the down payment will be applied to a future litter within one year.

  2. A full health history including dates of shots, deworming and the results of a vet wellness exam.
  3. AKC limited Registration Papers on proof of neuter/spay procedure, signed by the vet who performed operation.
  4. A 3-generation Pedigree.
  5. A list of recommended organic and holistic dogfoods recommended be the "Whole Dog Journal".
  6. Lifelong support to help customer to raise the puppy to its full potential.

I will ask you to sign:

  • A simple purchase agreement.
  • A spay/neuter agreement.
